Developed for the event MotionCity (Latinmotion & Manbo City)

I have developed a family of travel guidance and information which enable seamless travel towards a location through a complexed transport system.

Background
For many years I have participated with the latin dancing convention Motion City. The most recent edition of this event has changed the venue The Eastside rooms.

Because of the change of venue for could be potentially challenging for some visitors and participants related to travelling towards the Eastside Rooms. This is especially for those who are not travelling by car, this is due to the road restrictions, pedestrianisation, trams through the City Centre and a complicated bus interchange system in the city centre. Also, because I have attended the Eastside Rooms previously I am aware that it can be a hurdle for some people to get to & from due to its location

Details
So I have the combination of research, my knowledge of the local transport network to develop a series of travel advisory guides to the Eastside Rooms. This includes specific Guides using Taxis, connecting transport from Birmingham City Centre railway terminals, direct connections from a City Centre bus interchange and other bus services which serve near the venue from neighbouring districts.

With permission from the team at Latinmotion & Motion City, these guides were available on social media on Motion City social media community pages. Also, it was shown to the encrypted WhatsApp group for volunteers. Special thanks to Clerissa for sharing these guides to the WhatsApp group for the local dancing community.

In addition, I provided the printed version of the connection guides, which were available on display throughout the event at the reception areas of the Eastside Rooms.

The feedback from the event visitors and participants was extremely positive and I found the guides extremely helpful.

Also special thanks to Mauricio and Brighon for permitting me to share my travel advisory guides
