Festival of Enterprenurs 2025: This event highlights

Keith Mckenzie • October 29, 2025

I attended a two day conference related to business and enterprise, at Birmingham's NEC. The event combined exhibition stands and multiple seminar zones such as Artificial Intelligence. funding , key note, and many more.

Presentation talks & panelist discussions

The examples of presentation talk I have attended including

A panel discussion which addresses to grow your business on artificial intelligence and how it is shaping the startup journey.

This includes guests such as Sadeew Akintola, James Ferraby, Roei Samuel and Luke Christolforidis
Some of the comments and guidance mentioned includes:
How artificial intelligence can designed to enable productivity and efficiency. Also, how it can bypass the recruitment process for particular specialists. Artificial intelligence forces everyone to be quicker and to enable behaviour changes.

Anyone who does not use artificial intelligence either lacks curiosity or is disconnected through complacency.
So the key approach is to get comfortable with groundwork and the framework of AI
One of the most effective approaches for using artificial intelligence is to use it as a tool for solutions. The starting point is related to problem solving with accessing knowledge which is human & kind related.

During discussion I asked two questions
Question 1.

Because I'm aware that specific searches such as chat gbt are not effective unless you're using the premium version of the application, how can you encourage people to use the platform when it can be a barrier than its objective

Answer: Some of the panelists respond that I should use a comparative AI search which explores different AI platforms where you can analyse to make the right decisions on the searches you are looking for.

Question 2.

As a person with a creative background I have been told by many professionals that they are not satisfied with the level of standards using artificial intelligence. How can you use creative Artificial intelligence without risking being in legal trouble to say copyright infringement.
Answer: The response & suggestion that using AI could be a starting point to spark and generate ideas.

I also watched presentation talks from Andrew Davis, Sabrina Stocker, Elliot Fern and Laura Burton

Andrew Davis
He shared his background on how he has been connected with broadcast career for television, radio, online and the music industry.
The art of engagement is essential related to opportunities and using artificial intelligence. He emphasised the importance that the golden era of artificial intelligence related to opportunities can disappear very quickly as soon as the end of 2026.
He also emphasized that two thirds of business and now using generative AI as part of their functions and strategies.
He explains the benefits of using artificial technology in a variety of approaches. This includes developing ideas and getting the right people on what can be done. Also how it can be affected related to ideas marketing and distribution as confidence.

My question to Andrew
Based on a previous question I also asked Andrew about how the creative professionals are not happy with the standard of artificial intelligence and how we need to encourage it when it's not necessarily up to the right standards.

Answer: It feels that it is getting better and we are at an age where the poor standards I evaporating so it is still important to get started and fast.

Sabrina Stocker

Sabrina shared her background, how to become a contender for a television series "The apprentice" and the winner of the series. This led to her developing her own business. She shared how her life was dramatically changed during the pandemic which disrupted her ambition and how she had to build herself up again from nothing.

During the presentation she was emphasising the importance of a personal brand.
She said a number of suggestions including a variety of ways of using artificial intelligence to improve your personal and professional brand with includes motivation and momentum. Also, how using artificial intelligence can be a learning curve over a period of time which can be a leader to ask more answers to any questions and requirements.
I felt over how Sabrina was emphasised her points that how you share your story can make a difference between the opportunity or missing out and how artificial intelligence can be used to improve your progress.

I asked Sabrina some questions
I explained to her as a neurodivergent there can be a stigma which can affect our brand and how to break that stigma.
Sabrina immediately admitted to me that she is a neurodivergent herself as a dyslexic and the emphasis of using your superpower and to have a human approach and be authentic.

I also ask a question as a suggestion that creating a Q&A online information page can be a useful tool for others to understand you. She agreed
.

Elliot Fern
The presentation began how being skeptical to artificial intelligence is similar like how people were cynical to electricity in the earliest 20th century. Elliott addressed how the wrong marketing approaches.
This includes how the two vertical approaches can cause more problems than its intentions. How adapting artificial intelligence technology is the most effective related to marketing, strategy and making decisions in business. Overall Elliot explains how there is a difference between old strategy and how artificial intelligence leads to improved opportunities. This is related to strategy systems a chains of approach in businesses and transformation.

Laura Burton, CEO of Brutal marketing
She focuses on how you can increase your sales and brand on LinkedIn.
This is related to how communicating is approaches and number of actions and procedures.

Analysis from Laura's presentation
As I didn't want to share the detailed suggestions in the presentation. So instead, I provide an overall analysis on some of the points Laura was mentioning and what kind of things everyone needs to pay attention to.
Overall I felt that it is not about stretching yourself or to switch and change because of what is popular. It is about being smarter. This includes about being clear about your objective and building steps to maximise the appeal, connectivity and business sales. At the same time being authentic with a strong message of what you're about and what you like other people to do.

My insight and analysis

I felt attending this event isn't just about insight from business leaders but also the approach on the overall development in businesses and enterprise. The event reminds everybody that artificial intelligence is the biggest change that will affect businesses and potentially communities and the rest of society.
Everyone will be falling behind if we if we do not embrace artificial intelligence. The time to embrace AI is now, as the clock is ticking and time is running out. After late 2026 it will be too late for any opportunities.
