Neuroinclusion Conference: The event Highlights

I have visited Stoke on Trent to attend my first experience of the Neuroinclusive Conference. It took place at the University of Staffordshire.
The event includes presentation talks and exhibitions from a variety of organisations related to understanding, embracing and providing specific services.
Presentation Talks
I did not attend all of the presentations talks, here a summary of the examples which I did attend, watch and listened.
Dr Keri Betts from Neurodiversify explore building and working environments and the possibilities to improve inclusivity
Though the experiences of creativity and marketing Tania Gerard presents how design can make a neurodivergent thrive with a series of practical frameworks.
How artificial intelligence can enable productivity for a neurodivergent, this is what Julia Rafferty was addressing in her presentation.
Ben Holmes presents how there is a right approach for a neurodivergent in the working environments.
The director of the Neurodiversity Network, Claire Kerry demonstrates examples of to be inclusive of a neurodivergent related to recruitment.
The main reason to attend is to support a good friend Danielle Cudjoe-Michalski. She was addressing examples how working differently can make a positive sense in business and in a working environment regardless of locations.
During the event I also met with different neurodivergent individuals along with individuals and organisations who are providing services.
Verdict
All the examples are important and essential to enable an inclusive workplace. The rest of society needs to pay greater attention and move away from generalisation and assumption. This event was vital make the positive progress possible.
