For the second time within 12 months, I was featured but the voice newspaper for the second time
during December 2023
The article is related to my insight on some major changes the Department for Work and Pensions is proposing which affect all disabilities towards employment
It was related to my involvement in the public consultation in central Birmingham arranged by the Department for Work and Pensions. This is regarding the planned changes with the work capability assessment.
As part of the story, I shared many different aspects which need to be considered to make sure a disability is supported into employment it's not a disadvantage. As part of my part of the places I also published two insight and analysis documents on different aspects and provided several solutions based on the bigger picture through the disability perspective. This was shared with the DWP as part of the consultation.
