A family of suggestions & written insight based on the consultation on the plans by the government to change the assessment system designed for more disabilities into work.

Both documents are based on the proposal by the Department for Work and Pensions to change how people are assessed when accessing specific benefits.

The information on both documents was presented with an objective approach to emphasise the bigger picture on factors that may not be noticed and considered, specifically towards people with certain neurological-related difficulties. In addition, the suggestions are accommodating and valuing the variety of disabilities (visible and non-visible) against generalisation or one-sided approach.

The documents are presented in a low-key approach with the exception of the front and back page. With the importance of focusing on the written content.

Two documents were developed with additional versions with personal experiences perspective.
Hopefully not only fill the gaps on topics and matters that I feel it is not addressed but also enable employers, public service staff and support organisation to do more which enable all people with disability to embrace opportunities.
