A second family of suggestions & written insight based on the consultation on the plans by the government to change the assessment system designed for people with disabilities to work.

Both documents are based on the proposal by the Department for Work and Pensions to change the benefits system. This includes removing the existing benefits to certain people with "Support Conversations" related to requirements to find work

The information on both documents was presented with an objective approach to emphasise the bigger picture on factors that may not be noticed and considered, specifically towards people with certain neurological-related difficulties.

In the response document
It includes providing suggestions for changes in the approach and judging disabilities related to accessing opportunities.

This includes changing the process of removing barriers while embracing better thx talented and ambitious people who are trying to maintain their sense of purpose even though they face barriers to opportunities. In addition, it explains how the support
 mechanisms need to be modified and updated. This range is from employers, Jobcentre staff, providers of employment schemes, home care support, health care (including general practitioners) and mental health support.


In the solutions & factors document
This document provides additional factors and suggestions, including how disabilities should be approached and treated based on their skills, talents, and ambitions, and how to treat people appropriately regardless of how they are themselves and so attempt
 to take responsibility for their lives and circumstances. 

Two documents were developed with additional versions from a personal experience perspective.
Hopefully, not only to fill the gaps on topics and matters that I feel are not addressed, but also enable employers, public service staff and support organisations to do more, which enables all people with disability to embrace opportunities
